Our general construction abilities allows us to develop projects from their initial conception to turnkey delivery, with the advantage of soon offering real estate services, eliminating intermediaries and reducing operational costs.

Rizo Homes was created with the goal of developing residential properties that bring families comfort, functionality, and pride of ownership. But the vision didn’t stop there. We also founded Rizo Industries Inc, which focuses on the commercial construction sector, allowing us to serve both ends of the market — from homes where memories are made, to buildings where businesses grow.

Rizo Homes was born from a vision—one built on years of hard work, dedication, and a passion for creating lasting spaces for families and communities.
After spending years working in different areas of the construction industry, I earned my General Contractor license, a milestone that marked a new chapter in my journey. Although I also held a Real Estate License, it wasn’t until Rizo Homes came to life that I truly brought both fields together with purpose.
Before Rizo Homes, I gained hands-on experience through the ownership and day-to-day operations of businesses like LA Turf & Paver and Evergreen Landscape FL. These companies taught me what it means to build, manage, and deliver quality — not just in materials, but in service. They gave me the foundation in project management, development, and customer care that ultimately helped shape what Rizo Homes is today.
